There are many hints in this Mini Poster.
It has NATURAL “LAWS” at its foundation (guess why the quotation marks) and evolves upward as a cup full of stuff, with the ARTIFICIAL “LAWS” as its lid. The sides of the cup are delimited by the Data rectangles (some-big-omni) on one side and a vertical Timeline with a red star marking the present moment.
The contents of the cup are heterogeneous. At the bottom there are rectangular areas of historic math and science as we know it. Above this precious liquid (suggest your own interpretation for it) there is a large volume of foam that has not yet settled and that contains most of what the new “data scientists” talk about. The foam is structured and composed of many interlocking and intersecting bubbles (eventually some will burst and other will settle down). I have tried to suggest the areas of overlap and mutual dependencies, even though that is hopeless – the foam is in constant evolution.
The unfortunate term “AI” that encompasses most of the foam is a kind of unreachable ideal, much like the utopist ideal of a perfect human body shape.
